Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the AUTOTECH ASIA website and attending our events. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AUTOTECH ASIA PTE. LTD. ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing and using our website, registering for our events, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Use of Website and Services

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services. By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2.2 Account Registration

3. Event Registration and Attendance

3.1 Registration

Registration for AUTOTECH ASIA events is subject to availability and is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse registration or admission to any person at our sole discretion.

3.2 Fees and Payment

All fees for event registration are as stated on our website at the time of registration. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration using one of our accepted payment methods.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy for events is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 30-60 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: No refund.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to events@autotechasia.com.

3.4 Event Changes or Cancellation

We reserve the right to change the date, time, venue, speakers, or content of any event, or to cancel an event entirely, at our sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, we will provide a full refund of the registration fee, but we will not be liable for any other costs incurred by you, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs.

3.5 Code of Conduct

All event attendees are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject any person from an event for behavior that we consider inappropriate, disruptive, offensive, or dangerous, without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content on our website and at our events, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of AUTOTECH ASIA or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

4.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our website and services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include:

• The right to reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit our website or services;
• The right to copy or store any content except as necessary for your personal use of our website and services;

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our website or services.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our website and services, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding our website and services.
